Emma will be heading off this summer to a few prestigious piano festivals around the United States! During the first week of June, she will be at Texas State University attending the Texas State Int’l Piano Festival, which includes lessons and masterclasses with faculty from around the country. Emma is proud to have been chosen from among a talented and diverse pool of high school, college, and graduate level musicians from around the world.

Following TSIPF, she will be heading out to Bowdoin, Maine, to attend the three-week long Bowdoin International Music Festival. There, she will be studying with Juilliard faculty member Matti Raekallio, as well as working and performing with chamber music groups.

One of 24 pianists through age 28, Emma was also accepted to PianoTexas Int’l Academy and Festival (formerly the Van Cliburn Piano Festival). She was awarded a full-ride scholarship!!
